Valencia is known as the Little Baguio in the province of Negros Oriental. It is located 9km west of Dumaguete. It has relatively cool climate especially on areas of high elevation. It is composed of 24 Municipal Plaza as the center attraction. Its a model plaza for all of the Philippine barangays with about 33,000 people in the community. It is one of the cleanest towns in Negros Oriental, with its nest.
